Date changes as well as adding or removing extras to a reservation must be made by cancelling and rebooking the reservation. Changes to the number of Campers can be handled by Tentrr support.* Reservations can be cancelled from your Tentrr.com profile :)
All information, including dates and number of Campers, must be corrected prior to the beginning of the reservation. Please keep communication about cancellations or changes to reservations in the Messaging Center in order for the Tentrr Experience team to honor these updates.
*Keep in mind that changes to the number of Campers in your reservation fall under our 72-hour Cancellation Policy.
