Date changes as well as adding or removing extras to a reservation must be made by cancelling and rebooking the reservation. Reservations should always be cancelled from your tentrr.com account. Changes to the number of Campers can be handled by Tentrr support.
Keep in mind, all gift cards and promo codes must be redeemed at time of booking- they cannot be added after a booking is submitted. If you have a gift card or promo code you'd like to use on a trip you've already attempted to book, cancelling your trip and rebooking it with the amended payment information is the best way to get them added :)
All information, including dates and number of Campers, must be corrected prior to the beginning of the reservation. Please keep communication about cancellations or changes to reservations in the Messaging Center in order for the Tentrr Experience team to honor these updates.
*Keep in mind that changes to the number of Campers in your reservation fall under our 72-hour Cancellation Policy.
