CampKeepers have full control over when your campsite is available, which reservations are approved and which extras are available to your campers! You can change your availability calendar through your CampKeeper dashboard on tentrr.com. Simply go to your "Manage Campsite" page, and you can find your calendar under the "Availability" section.
It is essential that CampKeepers maintain an accurate availability calendar to ensure that you do not receive a reservation for dates that you are unable to host. Please keep in mind that Keeper-initiated cancellations disqualify you from the Peak Portfolio program and will result in additional penalties.
We require that your campsite be clean, well-maintained, and available for paid bookings a minimum of 36 prime nights and 80 total nights during the summer camping season, which runs from May to November.
Prime nights include Friday and Saturday nights between Memorial Day and Thanksgiving, as well as major Holidays.
