Cancelling a Trip

You can always cancel your trip from your account on tentrr.com. All bookings are always subject to our cancellation policy:

Any confirmed booking may be cancelled or changed prior to 72 hours before your check-in time (12:00pm on the first day of the booking) without penalty. If you cancel or change your reservation within 72 hours of your check-in time, you will be refunded 50% of the total booking cost.

We do this to be fair to our Campers and our CampKeepers!
