How to cancel a trip?

Plans change, Mother Nature may not cooperate. We get it. 
Look for our flexible booking options with changes and cancellations options to meet your style.

Prior to cancelling, please confirm what website was used to book the Tentrr campsite. If you booked through a website other than Tentrr.com, you will need to initiate the cancellation on that corresponding website or reach out to their customer support. 

Once you confirmed that you booked on Tentrr.com directly and you still wish to cancel your trip, you may do so from your account on tentrr.com according to the rules of the cancellation option you chose when you booked your trip. The rules for your cancellation option will apply should you choose to cancel.

Our cancellation policies are designed to allow the camper to choose the best option for them but also make sure the CampKeeper is treated fairly.  

If you are unable to cancel your reservation on tentrr.com, you must reach out to Tentrr support by emailing hello@tentrr.com, or calling 888-798-9093. Cancellation requests sent in response to automated messages or by email do not register, or messages to the host requesting to cancel will not initiate a cancellation, nor will voice messages.
