When it comes to maintaining your campsite so that Camper's can enjoy it season after season, there are a few things to keep in mind. No matter what, Tentrr support is here to help you along the way!
For day to day operations, we rely on the Host to keep things in ship shape. This includes spot cleanings, when necessary. It is also highly recommended that you do a monthly Maintenance walk-through of your site, we have provided our Maintenance Checklist below that can be printed out to be easily followed.
Occasionally your tent will need to be cleaned - sometimes campers might spill a sticky juice that needs to get wiped up, or a stray spark from the campfire might make its way to the fire resistant canvas and settles into a little burn mark. If you need any help or support, feel free to reach out to our community of Tentrr hosts via Tentrr host Network (Facebook Group), or utilize our support team at hello@tentrr.com.

- One filled water container
- One filled sun shower
- Sufficient garbage can & bags
- Sufficient loo bags
- One pop-up tent
- A manicured fire pit with tongs and a brush

Tentrr will provide you with all of these items upon install of your campsite. These items may experience wear and tear over time, and may need to be replaced or replenished! Host's are responsible to handle the replacement of these items by purchasing new ones from Tentrr at a low cost - you can use Tentrr Mercantile, which is currently available to Host's exclusively! Please keep these guidelines in mind and feel free to adjust your nightly rate accordingly.
All elements and components of your Tentrr campsite should be maintained and provided at all times, and if your items need maintenance, be sure to reach out to customer support as soon as possible!
The initial set up of your campsite is handled by Tentrr. In all all subsequent seasons, we ask our Host to complete setup and takedown, and we provide all the support needed in order to do so including an instructional video and necessary tools!
Incident reports and item replacement requests will go through our committee and will be handled accordingly. Please inquire about specific item replacement fees if you do not see them on the Tentrr Mercantile. These take an average of 7-10 business days to complete.
