Lacey Seidman leads yoga classes, workshops, and events in the Hudson Valley and NYC. With a background in alignment-based vinyasa, her strong but nurturing approach and articulate cues allow students to explore body awareness and breath-centered movement through their own unique lens. Whether you're looking to relax and restore or have a more physically active yoga session, Lacey will tailor each session to your needs. All levels are welcome, new yogis and experienced practitioners alike.
Each session will be open with a breath work and warm-ups and then shift to a combination of yoga postures from seated positions, hands and knees, standing, balancing, and more. Clear guidance and mindful hands-on adjustments will be provided before resting savasana - a pocket of final relaxation.
Leadership & Safety: Lacey has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and is an E-RYT 500. She is also a New York State licensed hiking and camping guide and is certified in CPR & First Aid certified.
- 60 minutes (2 - 4 people): $90 - $120, depending on distance traveled
- 90 minutes (2 - 4 people): $140 - $195, depending on distance traveled
- Monday - Wednesday, 2pm or 6pm
- Thursday - Sunday, 8am - 2pm
- Additional time slots available upon request, just ask!
Mats and blocks are included, but participants are of course welcome to use their own mats. Additional props (blankets, bolsters) and therapeutic options (thai massage, aromatherapy) are available upon request.
