If something happened during your trip and you need to report it, please submit an incident report here.
The only way we can resolve issues is by gathering all relevant information, contacting your CampKeeper, and seeing what next steps we can take. The best way to get help should you notice an issue during your reservation is to contact your CampKeeper or contact Tentrr Support during your booking.
If you aren't able to get in contact during your reservation, be sure to fill out an incident report no more than 72 hours after the end of your reservation. We want to see what you saw, so photos are important! Incidents submitted 72 hours after check out will not be eligible for a refund.
Once an incident report is submitted we will gather all relevant information, contact your CampKeeper, and provide an appropriate resolution. We will be in touch within 72 hours of form submission. If we are unable to get in touch with your CampKeeper within this time frame, we will issue a decision on their behalf. Please note that if further investigation is needed, we may require more than 72 hours to resolve the issue.
