If you're a CampKeeper with a maintenance request, please follow these steps so we can ensure that your request is received and resolved in a timely manner:
1. See if this is an issue that can be resolved quickly with supplies at your disposal! If there is nothing that you can do to remedy the situation;
2. Reach out to our CampKeeper customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 888-798-9093 to check in and see if there are any useful tips or tricks we have up our sleeves to fix the issue;
3. If we have exhausted all quick fix possibilities, please fill out this form, and a CampKeeper Team Member will contact you within 72 hours to discuss next steps.
Please keep in mind that the maintenance calendar is booked about 3-4 weeks in advance, which is why we will do our best to give you the tools you'd need to solve any problems without the wait time!
